THE ONE RULE TO REMEMBER

Ask what would help — and plan it before the visit, not on the day.

1. Our centre

Our centre is at 208 Beech House, Edgbaston. If you, your child or anyone visiting with you has access needs, please tell us at enrolment or before your visit so we can plan the best arrangements for arrival, seating, toilets and movement around the building. Our access arrangements are reviewed every year.

Any student who would need help to leave the building in an emergency has a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan, agreed with their family.

2. Lessons and information

Online lessons are available for students who find travel difficult.

Large-print or digital copies of resources on request.

Parent information in alternative formats; interpreters arranged where needed for meetings.

STUDENT WELFARE & BEHAVIOUR

Accessibility Policy Making the centre, our lessons and our information accessible to disabled students and parents.
