Ending regular classes
Email info@passgcse.uk with at least one month's notice. The notice takes effect on the day we receive it. We confirm within two working days. Fees for the notice month are payable. If the notice does not start on the 1st, a pro-rata payment covers the rest of the notice period.
Other services
- Intensive courses and booster courses: one month's written notice.
- Workshops and one-to-one sessions: two weeks' notice.
- Individual mock exam bookings: two weeks' notice. Less notice is non-refundable. A date transfer is £20.
Eligible refunds are processed within 30 days of confirmation.
Fees
Invoices are issued on the 24th of each month for the following month. Direct debit is collected on the 28th. If you pay another way, payment must reach us by the 28th. A failed or late payment incurs a fee of 10% of the amount overdue, up to a maximum of £60. Lesson fees are charged whether or not your child attends. Payments cannot be transferred to another course or booking. A sibling discount of up to 10% may be offered.
Cooling-off
If you booked online, by phone or by email, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund. If lessons have already started at your request, we charge for lessons already provided. Registration fees are otherwise non-refundable.
Collection and photographs
After a 15-minute grace period, late collection is £10 for every further 15 minutes. We do not use a child's photograph, name or results in marketing without separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
